Organic and Inorganic molecular films can be deposited in your factory by using IST’s sub-atmospheric, low temperature vapor and plasma enabled deposition equipment. Typical applications that require our coatings are genomics, micro-fluidics, MEMS, BioMEMS, and medical instruments. Our films include anti-fouling barriers, anti-stiction monolayers, silane adhesion promoters, release layers, hydrophilic-to-super-hydrophobic coatings, atomic layer deposition (ALD) of metal-oxides, and many other customer specific films.  Besides custom configurations, IST’s platforms employ Vapporix chemical cartridges for complete chemical inventory management and FDA approved traceability
