Mark Lyons is currently CEO and co-founder of Hooke Bio, an SME developing a high throughput microfluidic platform for MPS based drug screening. He holds a DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, a Masters in Immunology from the University of Birmingham and a Masters in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Dublin City University. Mark has 20+ years' experience in microfluidics and diagnostics industries. He has delivered point of care projects for Siemens, diagnostics projects for European Space Agency and FDA regulated blood assays for Olympus Diagnostics.
