Brandon Miller is a client sales executive with Clarkston Consulting and the firm’s DE+I services lead. Brandon has been with Clarkston since 2014, has developed expertise and passion in organizational efficiency, diversity, equity and inclusion, and talent development. Brandon is also a certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator and coach.
Brandon has spearheaded innovative professional development, marketing, and training initiatives to help promote diversity and enable an inclusive, equitable workplace. With a passion for developing innovative strategies to improve inclusivity and diversity in the workplace, Brandon is a firm believer that diversity and a culture of belonging is a critical component in unleashing organization’s innovation and organizational effectiveness. Brandon enjoys speaking on the topics of unbiasing the workplace, the power of allyship, racial justice, and methodologies to turn the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion into tools to unlock organizational transformation; and has presented at organizations Microsoft, Google, the Network of Executive Women, and more.
Brandon received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Technology & Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, is the co-author of The Intersection: Shifting into Greatness, and the co-founder of Too Fly Foundation, an organization that provides passports and travel grants to students in underserved communities.
