Dr. David Lewis is the Executive Director of Discovery Automation and Sample Management at Eli Lilly & Company. David has 25 years of experience developing and leading teams to deliver innovative automation solutions across numerous applications, from early-stage discovery compound management, agricultural sciences and manufacturing operations. In his current role, David sets the strategy and drives execution across automated synthesis, enterprise-sample management and biological testing.

David received his degree and PhD in Physics at the University of Liverpool, UK.
