I am currently serving as a Scientific Program Manager at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS/NIH) via Axle Informatics LLC. My primary role involves spearheading the establishment and strategic direction of a cutting-edge chemistry automation lab through the ASPIRE program, collaborating with a talented team to design and implement a range of fixed and mobile robotic systems, complemented by data-driven informatics and lab management software tools. This initiative aims to enable the institution to conduct research in drug discovery and therapeutics development for rare diseases with heightened efficiency and speed. By leveraging automation, we are propelling advancements in the field, expediting critical research that holds promise for improved healthcare outcomes in rare disease treatment.
