Amy Siu is currently a Director of DMPK at Remix Therapeutics in Watertown, MA. She is responsible for representing DMPK on project teams and also a PKPD modeler. Prior to this, she spent about 3 years at Abbvie as the DMPK project rep and 6 years at Eisai where she led the drug metabolism group. She has been a co-chair for the SLAS ADMET Special Interest Group for 8 years now. Her research interests include CYP induction, of which she participated in the International Consortium for Innovation and Quality in Pharmaceutical Development (IQ) Working Group for Drug Metabolizing Enzyme Induction.
