John brings a robust tenure of three years to CYTENA, having been instrumental from the inception of its US operations in 2021. His pivotal role in the company’s expansion has seen him support a diverse range of regions throughout the United States and Canada, showcasing his versatility and commitment to the organization’s growth.
In his capacity, John has been an asset to numerous clients, including pharmaceutical firms, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and academic institutions, aiding them in enhancing their cell line development (CLD) and cell and gene therapy workflows. His expertise centers around furnishing customers with CYTENA’s advanced lab automation tools, including single-cell dispensers, microbioreactors, plate washers, and the C.STATION workcell.
John's comprehensive experience cuts across various functional areas, from sales to service, support, installation, and training.
