Crystal has 11 years of experience in early discovery biotechnology that spans oligonucleotide synthesis, compound management, high throughput screening, in vitro pharmacology, and high throughput automation to enable these processes. She also teaches graduate biotechnology courses at Northeastern University, where she graduated with her master’s degree in pharmaceutical technologies. Crystal is currently working at Dewpoint Therapeutics, where she runs a small team that interfaces with the rest of the company to test, adapt, and streamline HTS & IVP assay protocols and compound management protocols to work with fully integrated automation.
