Holly Soutter is Director of the Lead Discovery and Profiling group within the Center for the Development of Therapeutics (CDoT) at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Her research unit supports projects across multiple therapeutic areas to identify, validate, and mechanistically characterize potential small and large molecule therapeutics. Dr. Soutter has over 20 years of experience in drug discovery and development in big pharma and biotech. She has made signficant contributions to multiple programs that resulted in clinical candidates which incudes a currently marketed therapeutic antibody. She has co-authored more than 20 scientific publications. She is an associate member of the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center (DF/HCC) Breast Cancer and Developmental Therapeutics programs.
