Alham Saadat

Alham Saadat (She/her) is the Associate Director of Scientific Equity at the Broad Institute. She is a scientist, ethicist, and community leader with 20 years of research experience at leading biomedical research organizations and various community engagement, community education and advocacy roles within Broad and in Greater Boston that concentrate on the relationship between research and health equity. Alham’s work focuses on increasing understanding of how decisions we make at all stages of a biomedical research project will impact health outcomes for people - particularly those historically and presently excluded and under-served.
