Stephanie Stras is an Associate Scientist at BlueSphere Bio who studied Chemical and Biomedical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. She has conducted research in the development of immunity at barrier tissues utilizing CyTOF for high dimensional immunophenotyping. Since starting at BlueSphere in 2019, Stephanie has fostered an interest in developing automated assays. Jennifer Roy is an Associate Scientist at BlueSphere Bio in Pittsburgh, PA. She has a background in molecular genetics and received her MBA from University of Pittsburgh. Her previous research experience includes ion channel studies within the cystic fibrosis field and identifying novel SNPs contributing to essential hypertension. Since 2017, Jennifer’s work at the University of Pittsburgh, and company spinoff BlueSphere Bio has contributed to the development and execution of its high throughput TCR discovery platform TCXpress, leading to the development of BSB’s first clinical candidate BSB-1001 against minor histocompatibility antigen HA-1.
