I am a second year PhD student in the Bioengineering Department at UC San Diego. I graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BS degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering and a minor in Biomedical Engineering. Currently, I am working to develop a drug screening platform that combines the benefits of hydrogel cell culture platforms and drug optimization algorithms to rapidly optimize patient-specific drug combinations to treat aortic valve stenosis.
