PhD in droplet microfluidics with Piotr Garstecki at the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, Poland. Then a postdoctoral scholar at Dioscuri Centre for Physics and Chemistry of Bacteria with Bartlomiej Waclaw, working on biofilm population dynamics in engineered microfluidic systems. Then a postdoctoral fellow at the lab of Paul Blainey at the Broad Institute in Cambridge, MA, USA, working on biofilms in microfluidics and bacterial infection dynamics in macrophages in the context of lipid metabolism with the use of the optical pooled screening methodology.
