Gail has a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and has actively worked in laboratories for her entire career (>15 yrs) spanning academic research, pharmaceutical research and development (R&D), and most recently new product development in the biotechnology industry. Gail is currently a laboratory manager in R&D at Advanced Instruments and continues to function as a technical leader on projects to keep her laboratory skills up-to-date and to have a better understanding of current challenges in R&D.
