I've spent the past 25 years of my career planning, developing, and implementing automated solutions and researching the cause and effect of human error in the clinical laboratory setting. I also worked closely with our dedicated automation team and departmental leadership at Mayo Clinic to conceptualize, and ultimately open, a space committed to automation innovation.
