Senior Scientist
GlaxoSmithKline
My name is Amanda Dingley and I am a Senior Scientist in the Process Chemistry group at GSK with a focus in high throughput experimentation. I graduated with my B.S in Chemistry from University of Delaware in 2021 and my M.S. in Chemistry from Villanova University in 2023. I began at GSK in 2021 in an automation group with a focus in solubility, stability, and crystallization screening before transitioning to my current position within DSD Chemistry in 2023. In this role I am focused on reaction screening and optimization for a variety of projects with the majority of my work being in gas transfer and metal catalysis reaction screening. One of the main focuses of my time so far has been establishing and standardizing a high throughput workflow that includes a dedicated high throughput electronic lab notebook, automated solid dispensing, and automated data analysis and visualizations that can be used for all types of reaction screening.
