Ruben Quintero Fors is Principal Automation Engineer at Abbvie, working in the Development Science Function within the R&D organization. Ruben leads the custom automation group that is responsible for laboratory automation solutions for multiple groups in R&D and Operations. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez campus with a BS in Computer Engineering. After graduation, he started working at Abbott/Abbvie in 2002 and has had multiple individual contributor and leadership roles in operations and R&D engineering.
