I have over ten years of experience in laboratory automation and Next Generation Sequencing. As the manager of liquid handing applications at Revvity (formerly PerkinElmer), I lead an internal team dedicated to developing, validating, and implementing cutting-edge automated liquid handling products and solutions to customers around the globe. My role involves fostering partnerships with external vendors, ensuring effective communication across various departments, and organizing and prioritizing projects for application scientists. From previous experience in a diagnostic lab, I understand the day-to-day struggles of laboratory staff and the need to turn around patient results swiftly and reliably – making automated liquid handling a pivotal resource.
