Automation of complex wet lab processes in R&D workflows reduces the complexity of the entire research process. However, handling the resulting data manually presents a major bottleneck. We will present Genedata Screener’s Automation Solutions for digitalization of automation workflows, including unattended data loading, real-time monitoring of screening runs, automated data analysis and automated reporting. This modular approach allows scientists to perform data processing both fully and semi-automatically, resulting in faster research cycles.
With our partners from Titian, we will demonstrate an unattended automated cascade of follow-up assays based on response hits. By integrating Screener and Titian Mosaic, we demonstrate how Screener automatically provides Mosaic with information about the hits to be followed up, and the assays to be run. Mosaic manages the assay queue and orchestrates the workflow for the creation of the follow-up assay plates, using established integrations with laboratory automation.
