The latest development at InSphero is named ARCTis™ - Always Ready Cryo Tissues. Based on our Akura™ 96 microplate we offer a portfolio of 25 cancer cell lines with the goal to reduce costs for drug development and drug discovery. The in-plate frozen solution is robust and simple to use. It serves as a standardized start point for testing compounds using the proven advantages of our Akura ™ microplates and thus are compatible with SLAS standards. Decoupling our spheroid production from their final use at the customer's lab allows us to optimize manufacturing processes while at the same time they enable customers to order all needed materials for upcoming test campaigns in bulk. The presentation will highlight the range of tumor cells available today and their potential field of applications. Furthermore, we will illustrate the workflow with ARCTis™ Oncology plates and show their convenience in the field of drug development. This includes quality control data from efficacy tests with Staurosporine proving their over 6 months shelf-life when stored at -80°C.
