Magdalena has over two decades of experience in assay development and high content phenotypic screening.
Currently, Magdalena is a Lead Molecular Biologist at Ardigen, where she focuses on delivering biologically relevant results to clients and manages scientific collaborations.
Prior to joining Ardigen, Magdalena was involved in establishing the Centre for High Throughput Screening Study at Polish Academy of Sciences, a partner site of EU-OPENSCREEN consortium, where she led the Laboratory for Molecular Assays. Before that, she worked as a project manager at the Chemical Biology Consortium Sweden at Karolinska Institute, Scilifelab, a High Content Biologist at AstraZeneca, Sweden, a Senior Scientist at SienaBiotech, Italy and a postdoctoral fellow (industrial Marie-Curie fellowship) at Aventis Pharma, France.
